At Roba we are always on the lookout for new talent to strengthen our team. This could be in any of our divisions: Recycling, Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium, or Non-Ferrous Metals. Think of a role at a sales or purchase department, export and back office, warehouse or logistics. Also, there are regular job offers for positions at supporting or general departments, such as marketing, application management, IT, technical services or finances. Whether you fulfil a commercial or a supportive function, we work together to reach success. At Roba, success is always a team effort.

After personal contact by phone or mail, we will invite you for a meeting to get to know each other. During our meeting, we will discuss your ambition, qualities and work experience. Meanwhile, we introduce Roba and its organisation to you. This may then be followed by a more in-depth meeting about your possible job activities and the work culture at Roba. If there is a mutual connection, we will make you an appropriate offer.

Favourable terms of employment

Besides a competitive salary, Roba offers its staff favourable terms of employment, which include a ’13th month’ (an extra month of pay) and Roba’s own pension fund. To strengthen the personal bond between colleagues, trips and activities are regularly organised. Once in a while, our employee committee organises events where all our employees gather, from both the offices as well as the warehouses. In addition, there is also plenty of room within the various departments to organise social gatherings with your direct colleagues.

Internships at Roba

Roba regularly offers internships within any of our divisions. Through an internship you can gain experience within your field of expertise and discover your ambitions and interests. You are also welcome to go in-depth by conducting a research project. As intern you are part of the team and you can make a genuine contribution to the division’s end result.
