Modern machinery for metal processing

The Service Center is equipped for the precise processing of aluminium, stainless steel and steel. With various production lines for steel, aluminium and stainless steel, we provide customised solutions in terms of dimensions, surface finish and packaging.

Our processing capabilities in Genk:

  • Slitting: precision slitting of coils into slit strip
  • Decoiling and recoiling: rewinding, slitting and processing coils
  • CTL, cut-to-length: cutting coils into flat sheets
  • Grinding: various surface finishes for stainless steel

Aluminium, stainless steel and steel from Genk

Aluminium
Roba Metals supplies aluminium sheet and coil in a variety of grades, thicknesses, widths and lengths. These include aluminium 5005, aluminium 1050 and aluminium 5754, as well as pre-painted, anodised and tread plate variants.

Stainless steel
Roba Metals supplies stainless steel grades including 304/304L, 430 and 316L, as well as special grades such as duplex and high-performance alloys. Surface treatments such as grinding, brushing, film application and Duplo finishing are also available.

Steel
Roba Metals supplies hot-rolled, cold-rolled, electrolytically galvanised, Sendzimir-galvanised, zinc-magnesium, Aluzinc and pre-painted steel in coils, sheets and slit strip.
