What is lead?

Lead is a soft and highly malleable metal that has been used for centuries in construction, industry, and healthcare.

It is known for its exceptional density, making it highly effective in blocking sound and radiation. In addition, lead is durable, highly resistant to corrosion, and easy to process, bend, or cut to size. At Roba Metals, we supply lead sheet in versions tailored to specific applications, ranging from water barriers in construction to radiation protection in medical environments. Thanks to our experience and extensive stock, we can always deliver quickly and in the right quality.

Applications of lead

Lead sheet from Roba Metals is used in, among others:

Lead at Roba Metals

Roba Metals offers a complete range of standard lead sheet rolls for the Dutch and Belgian markets. In addition, we supply lead sheet rolls and plates made to measure for specific radiation and soundproofing applications.
