As Steel Sales Manager at Roba Metals, I am responsible for steel sales in the Netherlands. I have been working at Roba Metals since 1991, where I have gained extensive experience in the metals industry across various roles and departments. For the majority of my career, I have worked within our Steel division, with a particular interest in surface-treated products, including pre-painted steel.

In my work, I combine technical knowledge with market insight and a practical, no-nonsense approach. I work closely with customers, colleagues, procurement, logistics and our Steel Service Centre in Genk to find suitable solutions to a wide range of challenges. Long-term relationships, open communication and trust are central to my approach.

The steel market is constantly evolving due to international developments, changing legislation and the growing focus on sustainability. It is precisely this dynamism that makes my work interesting. I closely follow new developments, such as greener steel, and enjoy contributing ideas for solutions that help clients both today and in the future.
