As Head of Non-Ferrous Sales at Roba Metals, I am responsible for the further development of our non-ferrous division. I have been working at Roba Metals since 2007, always in the non-ferrous metals trade. Over the years, I have built up a broad knowledge of our product range, our markets and the customers and suppliers we work with. My expertise within our portfolio lies in copper products used for earthing and electrical conductivity, and rolled products for industrial, roofing and cladding applications.

My focus is on strengthening our existing business, developing new business both at home and abroad, and building a team centred on job satisfaction and collaboration. In addition, I maintain relationships with various suppliers, am responsible for part of our procurement, and manage our collaboration with a number of key accounts. I also enjoy contributing ideas within the organisation on projects and developments that will make Roba Metals future-proof.

My approach to work is characterised by collaboration, a sense of responsibility and the drive to facilitate development. I believe it is important to carefully weigh up interests and to use my knowledge and experience to help customers, colleagues and the organisation move forward. It is precisely the dynamic nature of my work - the combination of procurement, sales, team development and new challenges - that makes me look forward to getting to work every day.
