What is organic coated steel?

Organic coated steel is steel that has been coated with a high-quality paint or coating layer during the production process.

This pre-treatment protects the material against weathering and corrosion, whilst ensuring a sleek and consistent appearance. Thanks to this combination of aesthetics and functionality, organic coated steel is widely used in sectors where durability and appearance go hand in hand.

Available coatings

Interior coating
A coating primarily used for indoor applications. This coating offers a cost-effective option for efficiently adding colour to your projects.

Polyester coating
An organic coating of approx. 25 µm that is cost-effective and proven to be suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This coating is frequently used in the construction sector.

PVDF
A high-quality and durable coating characterised by a smooth finish. This coating is frequently used in the construction sector, particularly for projects requiring long-term UV resistance.

Plastisol
A robust coating of approx. 200 µm with an embossed finish. This extremely sturdy and solid coating offers high protection and flexibility during application.

Specials
Pre-coated steel offers many other coating options. Depending on the application, requirements, budget and preference – there are numerous options. These include steel with a finish resembling, for example, wood, concrete, stone or zinc – all with a luxurious and unique appearance.

We can deliver your order of ready-to-ship materials from stock within 24 hours throughout the Netherlands and the rest of the Benelux, if required. In addition to standard sheet sizes, we can supply specific dimensions and delivery formats for sheets, slit strips and coils.

Our organic coated steel products are certified to EN 10169. Our Service Centre, where the steel is processed, is ISO 9001 certified.

We manage the entire supply chain

You can come to us for steel, aluminium, stainless steel, cradle-to-cradle recycling and non-ferrous metals. Machined, from stock or to order. We manage the entire supply chain: from procurement and machining, to processing and remelting in our own smelters.
