Pre-coated Aluminium 5005 H24 combines the excellent processing properties of EN AW-5005 (AlMg1) with a high-quality Termolac® polyester powder coating. The result is a durable, corrosion-resistant and visually appealing material that is ready for installation immediately after processing.

One of the main advantages of pre-coated aluminium is that additional finishing, degreasing and painting after processing are no longer required. This saves time, reduces overall project costs and ensures a consistent, high-quality finish.

Thanks to the excellent formability of Aluminium 5005 H24, the coating remains intact during bending and folding, without cracking of the paint layer. This makes the material particularly suitable for applications where both appearance and functionality are important.
